Historic Structure Demolition on Broadway, Lexington KY

Diversified Demolition provided demolition services to a Historic building structure on Broadway in Downtown Lexington. We were hired for our 30+ years of experience on Asset Recovery & Salvage services.  We provided recycling of all salvageable architectural materials including bricks, concrete, doors and hardware, chimney flues, cornish brackets, trim, and wood flooring, etc.

After the salvage recovery was completed, we safely and successfully demolished the structure.  Then we backfilled the basement, reduced the elevation of the lot and provided the final grade of the lot.  In the final stage, we installed seed and erosion mats.
