Diversified Demolition provided demolition services to the Denny’s restaurant diner on Nicholasville Road in 2021. Before we demolished the structure, we ensured that all salvageable materials could be recycled and reused to save project costs including the HVAC units, steel and concrete materials.

Then we worked on safely demolishing the structure, regraded the lot and installed seed and erosion mats.
